Hi. I'm Sarah.

My previous experience of working and running a team within the health and social care industry has led to a lot of knowledge of working with people from varying walks of life and given me a deep understanding of work-related stress issues, particularly in association with COVID experiences.

I am now a full time psychotherapist working with individuals and couples. I support clients who are experiencing grief, depression, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, stress, low mood and low motivation.

I offer an accepting and validating space for you to share your experiences and learn new ways of being. I work creatively and differently with each client depending on their personality and needs.  I have completed training in nervous system health and use many techniques to support my client's nervous systems.

I am passionate about people's ability to grow and change through life's many challenges and appreciate the privilege of being able to be alongside individuals during these times.

Many of us have had unmet childhood needs and these affect how we interact with the world in adulthood. By gaining a deeper understanding of who we are, how our nervous systems function and what has shaped us we can change our ways of communicating and reacting, thus deepening our relationship with ourselves and those around us.

How To Work With Me

Through the gateway of feeling your weakness lies your strength.

Through the gateway of feeling your pain lies your pleasure and joy;

Through the gateway of feeling your fear lies your security and safety.

Through the gateway of feeling your loneliness lies

your capacity to have fulfilment, love and companionship;

Through the gateway of feeling your hate lies your capacity to love.

Through the gateway of feeling your hopelessness lies

your true and justified hope.

Through the gateway of accepting the lacks of your childhood

lies your fulfilment now.
